Simply place your order online and pop your documents in the post. At checkout, you can select the delivery option to receive your apostilled document.
Additional Services
Additional service like Notary Public Certified Translations will incur additional fees. We will provide you with a quote based on your documents and specific requirements.
- Notary Public: Notarisation prices can vary depending on your specific requirement. We will need to verify your documents, check how many pages, if they are originals, etc. You will receive a quote within a few hours from placing your order.
- Certified Translation: Translation are quoted based on your documents and language being translated. Translators usually charge per word.
Be warned of other providers changing a single price for notarisation or translation as this is not the case and additional charges will likely be applied.
Shipping Options
✅ You can have your Apostille fast as next-day if you drop it by 10:30am and collect it person in central London.
✅ We ship your Apostille on the SAME-DAY that it gets issued by the FCDO.
- For UK Deliveries: Shipped on the same day. Delivery takes 1-2 days shipped on Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
- For International Deliveries: Shipped on the same day. Delivery takes 2-5 days for Europe and around 7-10 days for ROW. Shipped with DHL Express International.
Apostille Delivery | Timeframes and Leading Times
- Place Your Order: Start by placing your order.
- Send Your Documents: Either drop in person at our office or send it by post:
- Document arrives by 10:30 am: If your document is received by 10:30 am it will be ready on the next working day.
- Document arrives after 10:30am: If your document arrive after 10:30 am, it will be ready in 2 working days;
- Apostille Process: We will handle everything and get your apostille ready for Next-Day Service.
- Delivery Options: Once your document is apostilled you can chose the delivery options below:
- Collect in-person after 03:00 pm: You can collect in-person at our London office from 03:00 pm;
- Courier Delivery: We will ship to you based on your delivery option chosen at checkout.

- Solicitor: +1-2 days
- Translation: Depends on which language – Usually around 2-4 extra days for most languages.
- Embassy or Consulate Attestation: Depends on the consulate, it usually takes around 2-10 extra days for most embassies.

We only offer the free-resubmission for orders that have included our own Notarisation, Solicitor or Legalisation process. We do not offer free re-submission for documents that have been certified (either with an Embarry, notary or solicitor) or translated by third-parties.
